With Beginner to Advanced Yoga Classes

People seated in a circle during a yoga or meditation session inside a wooden-floored room with large open windows and green outdoor scenery.

Our vision is to make yoga and meditation accessible to everyone in the Goondiwindi community, because you deserves that post-class glow.

In Sanskrit, Yoga means Union and that is exactly what we strive to create. A space where we don't just practice together but where we chat and truely connect with each other. We ask that you to let go of any preconceived notions of what yoga is "supposed" to look like or “who” it is for.

Yoga is for every body and everyone. Our classes are designed to truly align with that belief, offering a welcoming environment to just show up and experience the practice as you are.

In the studio we offer a variety of classes so that everyone can enjoy and experience the benefits of Yoga. No bookings required, just turn up!
