Alina

The In-house Yin specialist. I started my Yoga journey when I was 14 years old. I attended my first class all because I won a ticket to my local Yoga studio. Ever since then I’ve been captured by this practice and learning about the ancient Tradition.

After six years of doing Yoga I decided to take it to the next level and travel to India for my teacher training. I fell in love with the Yogic lifestyle and deeper philosophy so much that it became my life.

I love the softness and gentle aspects of teaching yoga and I want to bring this calm and stress free feeling to you.

I like to use my sound bowls to enhance and even deepen the class. The deep vibrations from live bowls is a beautiful experience and definitely something I recommend you try.

I like to bring fun into my classes as well and not be too serious. I’m always trying to improve my own practice and I know there will be falls and laughs along the way.

I look forward to sharing many laughs and energy with you all.

Toby

A Barber turned Yoga Master. I grew up in Gundy and lived here until I turned 19. After moving to Brisbane to continue cutting hair I went to my first Yoga class in 2020 and it changed my life. From the moment I finished my first class, I knew this what I wanted to do.

After a 2 year mentorship, travelling to India and teaching in an Indian ashram, I’ve come back to my home town to share the knowledge.

I teach what I am practicing so my classes will always change and evolve. You will always have postures and breath work building awareness and a sense of calm. Yoga is for all people, to make us more happy and more conscious of mind and body.

Lately my practice has shifted towards meditation and building community. Through real interactions and conversations we can actually feel a sense of love and belonging.

My special talent is taking you on journey within yourself to experience Yoga. I look forward to sharing this experience with you.

The Studio

A community minded yoga space, meaning we are here for the community.

We offer authentic yoga in this open minded small town of Goondiwindi, for an affordable price. This is our goal to keep Yoga accessible and not break the bank.

You don’t have to be flexible to try yoga, you just need to be open minded - the yoga will meet you where you are at.

We are currently located in the old second hand store at 181 Marshall Street. Where we have enough space for small to medium sized Yoga classes.

More than anything, this is a place where you can feel comfortable to have a laugh and be part of something which benefits yourself, body, mind and soul.

We looked forward to sharing with you.
